Dinner Menu

Our five-course prix fixe dinner menu is $85, changing regularly to highlight the best seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients. Expect a mix of meat and seafood, along with fresh, peak-season produce—sometimes cooked over a live fire. Dinner lasts around 1.5 hours, with communal seating times at 6pm and 7:30pm. Since we don’t turn tables, you’re welcome to linger and mingle after your meal.

To start, we’re serving dishes like smoked scallop with leche de tigre, aji amarillo & radish and New York strip with parsnip puree, roasted spring vegetables & sauce verte. You can also add an optional $45 beverage pairing, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of wine, cocktails, aperitifs, and premium spirits by the pour. We have a $25 corkage fee for outside wine.
